Linda Search and Ken Carlsen, both of Noblesville, will be married at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, July 27, 2008, at Emmanuel United Methodist Church. The flower girls are Isabelle Morrow of Appleton, Wis., and Kiersten Riedford of Carmel. The ring bearer is Keenan Riedford of Carmel. Linda is the daughter of the late John and Dorothy Search. She is employed by WHMB TV-40 in Noblesville. Ken is the son of the late Odd and Martha Carlsen. He is employed by Century Personnel in Carmel.

Danny and Erin Bush, stationed at Ft. Leonardwood, Mo., joined family and friends on July 4, 2008 in Sheridan to celebrate their spring wedding with friends and ZiZi, who enjoyed some cake. Bush, a drill sergeant, has served in Sinai and Afghanistan and was awarded the Bronze Star during his tour in Iraq. He and Erin Huff Bush were married on Mar. 20, 2008. Both serve in the U.S. Army, where Erin Bush, a native of Carmel, is a surgical tech.

Ushers were Sebastian Martin and Atticus Martin of Indianapolis and Tyler Cloud of Arcadia. The officiant was The Rev. Paul Demery of Fishers. Escorted by the brother of the bride, David Martin of Indianapolis. Lindsay is the daughter of Norma Hart of Arcadia and the late Fred Hart. She is a 1996 graduate of Noblesville High School and is currently employed as a nurse at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Phillip is the son of Larry and Bonnie Wink of Evansville. He is a 2001 graduate of Ball State University and is currently employed at Odle, McGuire, and Shook in Indianapolis.

The reception followed the ceremony at the Palamono Ballroom in Zionsville. The couple traveled to Sedona, Ariz., for their honeymoon. Ashley is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Shade of Fishers. She is a graduate of Hamilton Southeastern High School and Ball State University. She is employed as a dress designer for Dame Elizabeth Historic Costumes, an instructor at Beads Amore and as a sales associate for Stein Mart in Noblesville. Christopher is the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Chance of Noblesville. He is a graduate of Noblesville High School and Indiana Wesleyan University. He is employed at RTI Indianapolis.

The Best Man was the brother of the groom, Taner Simonis of Charlotte, N.C. The couple took their honeymoon in Playa De Carmen. The couple resides in Indianapolis. Jillian is the daughter of Ray and Sandy Mourey of Indianapolis. She is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College and works as a teacher at St. Simon School. Taylor is the son of Jill Simonis of Westfield and John Simonis of Neenah, Wis. He is also a graduate of St. Joseph’s College and works for Enterprise—Truck Division.

She is a 2005 graduate of Purdue University and is currently a Spanish teacher at O.L. Staton Middle School in Lubbock. Grant is the son of Dennis and Linda Fausset of Sheridan. He is a 2004 graduate of Purdue University and is currently the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations at Texas Tech University in Lubbock.

Ringbearers were Jayden and Landon Brown of Mulberry. The couple spent their honeymoon in Riviera Maya, Mexico. They now reside in Noblesville. Lacey is the daughter of Hal and Sue Brown of Mulberry. She is a 2002 graduate of Rossville High School and a 2006 graduate of Indiana State University. She works as an exercise specialist/ athletic trainer for Riverview Sportsmedicine in Noblesville. Aaron is the son of Sherry Sheller of Noblesville and the late David Sheller. He is a 2002 graduate of Hamilton Heights High School and a 2007 graduate of Purdue University. He is the owner and manager of Sheller Farms and is also an Indiana Crop Insurance Facilitator/ Support director for Indiana Spray Center/ John Deere.

Kristi L. Merrill and Dr. Kevin A. Gibbs were married Oct. 20, 2007 in Negril, Jamaica. The wedding took place on the cliffs overlooking the Carribean Sea. A dinner and reception followed outdoors with a Jamaican steel pan band performing. Honor attendants included the sister of the bride, Cindi Merrill of Oxford, Ohio as maid of honor. Jeff Gibbs of Noblesville, brother of the groom, was the best man. Sarah Gibbs and Becky Gibbs Fleming also were bridal attendants. Zach Fleming was an attendant along with Ella and Avery Fleming as flower girls. The bride’s grandmothers also were present, Lou Ella Brunette of Indianapolis, and Lucille Merrill of Terre Haute. The bride is the daughter of Thomas and Jane Merrill of Noblesville. Kristi graduated from Noblesville High School in 1997 and DePauw University in 2001. She currently is working in marketing and design for Drapery Street, Clay Terrace. The groom is the son of Dr. Thomas and Patty Gibbs of Bloomington. Kevin is a 1996 graduate of Bloomington North High School. He graduated from the University of Tennessee, 2000 and I.U. School of Medicine, 2004. He is a senior resident in anesthesiology and will graduate in July. A large reception was held for the couple in November at the Rathskellar in downtown Indianapolis. Kristi and Kevin currently reside in downtown Indianapolis.
